Local Developer Mode is finally here!

Welcome to v1.13.0 release of Plazen! ⭐

✨ Highlights:

1. Local Developer Mode: developer Plazen without having to set up any Supabase! This covers almost all usage and makes developing so much easier. Follow the new guide here to get it running
2. Developer mode menu: for testing stuff out, you can toggle admin and subscription statuses and also generate routine tasks manually.
