Support Ticket System
We are excited to introduce a fully integrated Support Ticket System, allowing users to report issues, ask questions, and track inquiries directly within the Plazen dashboard.
- Ticket Dashboard: Users can now access a dedicated support area to view all their past and current tickets, complete with status indicators and last updated timestamps.
- Create & Manage Inquiries:
- Submit detailed tickets with a Subject, Description, and Priority Level (Low, Normal, High).
- Track the status of requests with clear visual tags (
Open,In Progress,Closed).
- Interactive Communication:
- Full threaded conversation view allows for back-and-forth messaging between users and the support team.
- Visual distinction between user messages and support staff responses.
- Admin Tools:
- Support staff can now add Internal Notes to tickets (visible only to admins) for better team collaboration.
- New labeling system allows admins to categorize tickets with custom colored tags.
🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements
- Performance: Support pages now feature a
min-h-screenlayout to prevent visual jumping on large displays. - Compatibility: Fixed a server-side rendering issue with dynamic routes in Next.js 15.
- UI/UX: Hided the global footer on support pages to provide a distraction-free interface for resolving issues.
